Danieli Coil Cranes for PT Sunrise Steel
Danieli Centro Cranes has been selected to supply five high-technological coil handling cranes of 35-ton rope capacity, A7M7 according to FEM classification.
Danieli Centro Cranes has been selected to supply five high-technological coil handling cranes of 35-ton rope capacity, A7M7 according to FEM classification.
The cranes will be equipped with a mobile independent cabin and anti-sway control system that reduces the load swaying motion caused by sudden accelerations and stops during translation movements.
The monitoring system offers continuous control of the crane load motion, crane speed, rope length and provide feedback to the translation drives to avoid any swaying movement and preserve ropes, hooks and lifted load. It is an optional type of load control and can be disabled by an operator in case it is required.
In addition to this, Danieli Centro Cranes will also supply the Motorized Horizontal Coil Tong designed to handle horizontal coils. Provided with an advanced system of sensors, it detects the lifted loads and sends warning and operational data to the crane PLC for an on-time adjustment of the lifting speed and cycle optimization.
The supply also includes a full set of runway rails and electric-insulated feeding lines as well as the remote service (remote PLC access), necessary for monitoring, troubleshooting and problem solving.
The cranes will be fully manufactured in Danieli manufacturing centers with a delivery that should not exceed six months.
