Semi-finished Product Cranes
Semi-finished Product Cranes are typically classified as Process Cranes, been part of the steel and metal making process. As a consequence, the design is highly focused on reliability and maintainability.
Danieli can provide different crane arrangements to fit with existing buildings restrictions, stockyard layout or Client preferences. In particular, Danieli can provide either rotating trolleys with curved rails or tailored request arrangements. The use of rotating trolleys allows storing of semi-finished products in crossed piles with the possibility to increase the height without any rack.
Danieli ropes reeving design and antisway system have been proven by years of operation to be highly effective in avoiding load swinging, thus improving yard management and overall capacity.
C-hock, lifting beam and tongue accessories are available according to the application.
