Scrap Yard Cranes

 Danieli Scrap Yard cranes are specifically designed to maximize the working cycles per hour by maintaining highest level or reliability. Scrap yard crane operate with high speed and acceleration movements, fitting with plant layout and Customer production targets.
Scrap yard cranes (manual, semiautomatic or full automatic) can be fit with magnets, grabs or both according to scrap materials properties and yard logistics. Thanks to the long experience into metals making industry, Danieli performs detail process analysis to identify the best choice between crane capacity, crane performances and tools selection.

The following arrangements are available:

• EOT or GANTRY crane with single hoist

• EOT or GANTRY crane with double hoist parallel to main girders

• EOT or GANTRY crane with double hoist orthogonal to main girders

All Danieli cranes can be fully customized to meet any Client requirement.
