Wherever you are, thanks to our Remote Assistance Service, we can connect your crane with our Service Center and provide you with the fastest problem-solving tools available: direct interaction with our experts.
Thanks to a remote connection our Service Team can have direct access to crane software as if they were on site, allowing "life diagnostics", immediate debugging and proper processing of abnormal conditions.
It is for instance possible to remotely adapt PLC software, modify drive parameters , update operator HMI screens and even access, where available , local cameras for crane area inspections.
This remote assistance , to be customized according to the real needs of our Customers, only requires an internet or cellular connection , and provides "secure" access, always controlled by the Customer, upon request.
